Jenny brings extensive experience helping local and global business and non-profit organisations define, design and implement successful cross-functional change. Leveraging her success in process and information analysis, technology and process design, project and program leadership, change enablement and consulting.
She is passionate about the importance of curiosity for igniting connection, creativity, learning and innovation, which has led her to work alongside a wide variety of people in a diverse range of organisations to design and deliver integrated sustainable change across people, information, process and technology.
As a leader, facilitator and mentor, Jenny is passionate about creating context for others’ success, by encouraging curiosity, cultivating engagement and contribution, and fostering collaboration. Jenny believes in designing to learn, adapt, evolve.
